Every time I think my love for Jennifer Lawrence couldn’t get any stronger, she proves me wrong. I’m sorry for doubting you, J-Law. Can I call you J-Law? Okay, good. So at the Golden Globes, Jennifer won for “Best Performance By An Actress In A Motion Picture – Comedy Or Musical,” which I just realized is an extraordinarily long title. In her acceptance speech she exclaimed, “I beat Meryl!” and everyone thought she was taking a dig at Meryl Streep who was nominated in the same category. She doesn’t hate Meryl Streep, y’all. She went on David Letterman to clarify was quoting The First Wives Club where Bette Midler says the same thing in reference to a Golden Globes award. Jennifer is perfection, basically.
