You may think that the snooze alarm button is your best friend, but be prepared for a dose of truth right now. The crew over at AsapSCIENCE has taken it upon them to explain why crashing down on that snooze button might actually be making you more tired. This is particularly bad news for me as I hit the snooze button four times this morning. At least they are able to teach this valuable info in easy to understand drawings. It almost makes me forget how tired I am right now. Almost.
