If you have a brother, you know they’re the greatest! Whether they’re older or younger, they are always there for you and will look out for you. And you don’t have to share clothes or makeup with them like you would a sister. You just have a built-in best guy friend.

I have an older brother (hey Gordon!), and he’s the absolute best. Seriously, I don’t know what I would do without him in my life. He’s always there for me no matter what. I feel so lucky to have such a great relationship with my bro, even if people sometimes think we’re dating.

7 Drinks From The ’90s That We Totally Miss

As a child of the ’90s, I grew up with some pretty weird food and drink options. But you know what? They were AWESOME. I don’t care that my ketchup was green and purple. The ’90s proved to be a very creative and open-minded time period, and I don’t hate it.

But something really irked me this morning. Astronaut Buzz Aldrin came out recently and said that he hated Tang. Um, excuse me? Who hates Tang? NO ONE. That’s like saying you don’t like Bagel Bites, which is just impossible.

This got me thinking about all the drinks from the ’90s that aren’t really around anymore that I miss. Check out our favorite drinks from the ’90s!

TANG

I don't care what Buzz Aldrin says. Tang is amazing, and I love it. It's still available, and I'm going to buy some this week.

SURGE Soda

SURGE was the most caffeinated drink you could get back in the day, and it was awesome! Who cares if it was basically radioactive and glowed in the dark? It was delicious!

Squeeze-Its

Squeeze-Its were like a more syrupy Kool-Aid, and they were so yummy! They came in those cool twist top bottles, and you literally had to squeeze them to drink them.

Yes, you can still buy Sunny D. But seriously, who still buys Sunny D? This stuff was great because you could avoid drinking that gross, pulpy orange juice your parents loved and have this instead.

I love guys, but sometimes they just really get on my nerves. And I’m sure we get on their nerves too. It’s part of being human and having interactions with people. When I’m annoyed with a guy, it’s probably because he said something without thinking it through. I choose my words carefully. I guess that’s a writer thing.

I’ve gone on a lot of dates and had several relationships, so I’ve definitely had a ton of super irritating things said to me by guys. Like nails-on-chalkboard annoying with a dash of “How could you possibly think that was the right thing to say?”. I’ve had so many annoying things said to me that I am a professional eye-roller. It’s a talent.

We love everything that Sophia Grace and Rosie do (DUH) and they keep doing more awesome things. Our favorite kid duo had tea with LL Cool J on The Ellen Show during another edition of Tea Time with Sophia Grace and Rosie. It’s hilarious just seeing LL Cool J sit and drink tea with two little girls. It’s also hilarious to watch them giggle the entire time. They ask him all kinds of questions, and I think all three of them should create a show together. Also, Sophia Grace raps some of LL’s music. AND LL can juggle. Basically it’s amazing.

As someone who’s not good at math (I still count on my fingers), I’m very impressed by people who are. It fascinates me when someone can calculate things quickly because I just can’t do it. And I’m also impressed by people who rap because I like to rap. Just when you thought the “Thrift Shop” parodies were over, this one from three high school calculus students has hit the internet. If you don’t love Saved By The Bell, then I’m not sure if we can be friends anymore. Even if you’re not a child of the ’80s, Saved By The Bell is one of the most awesome and classic TV shows ever. It taught us so many life lessons and had the best fashion. I personally own a Bayside Tigers cutoff sweatshirt just like Kelly Kapowski. Jealous? They say that yawning is contagious and that laughter is the best medicine. But apparently, laughter is totally contagious too. Rituals Cosmetics stationed a man outside a tram stop. He would laugh randomly among other people waiting for the tram. And then everyone else starts laughing one by one. The result is a whole bunch of people who don’t know each other laughing together. It’s totally awesome and makes my heart sparkle like a My Little Pony toy.

Last week I was having a bit of a moment and ragged on being single pretty hard. I mean, relationships are lovely, but I am soooo glad I’m single right now. I’m actually having the best time, and I’m really figuring out me.

I don’t have to worry about dealing with someone else when I’m trying to talk care of myself, which is great. And all of my friends that are in relationships are living vicariously through me as I navigate the single life. While they’re at home with their boyfriends, I’m out just solo yoloing (WHY AM I STILL USING YOLO?!) and meeting some interesting people.
