"There is not one big cosmic meaning for all, there is only the meaning we each give to our life..." --anaïs nin
Anaïs Nin was writing vivid perspectives on sex and the self long before these were "women's issues." Her published work includes four volumes of "unexpurgated" diaries, as well as novels and erotica. Nin was also the muse of Henry Miller, the controversial American writer. Her life has inspired and influenced my own journal writing and reminds me to live with style and always look out for the meaning of things. --rose-anna
