gURL: What made you decide to do Project Runway?

Christian: I just finished school in London. When I moved to NY, I was doing freelance make up and, honestly, I could not get a job in fashion .

I was out to lunch with a friend and she told me about the auditions. It was the day before. I wrote it on a tablecloth and was like, "I'll just try." So I had nothing--absolutely nothing--to lose. I literally made a dress the night before and went.
