Jim: I think I felt pretty normal, but also pretty different. I guess I didn't really hang out with any one specific group of people. I got along with everybody. Then again I was pretty lucky where I grew up. There were definite different groups of people, but I felt like everyone got along. No matter how weird you were, you weren't really going to get beat up by a jock. I thought it was good. It was a fun time.

gURL: Did you get a lot of girls as a teenager? Especially since you were in a band?

Jim: No, not really. I guess I would always shoot myself in the foot on that.
