Jim: Yeah, sometimes. It's mostly us getting played than us doing the pranks. We did a tour opening for Blink 182 and Greenday [in 2002] and those guys are all really big on pranks--like last day of tour pranks.

[Blink 182] was using all kinds of crazy pyrotechnics and explosions ... On the last day of tour, during one of our quieter songs, these concussion bombs started going off--totally out of place, totally scared the crap out of all of us ... and it didn't stop there.

I think members of Green Day and Blink and whoever else on tour came out while we were playing and started hosing us with super soakers. All of a sudden from the rafters, they [started] pouring dehydrated potato flakes and glitter. So we're wet, and we're getting rained on by potato flakes and glitter.
