gURL:Tell us about some movies you've worked on. Like Disturbia.
Shia LaBeouf: Disturbia is about this kid who goes through a lot of pain. He loses his father really early and it's too much for him to deal with. He can't look inward. Instead of internalizing, he externalizes and looks outward--and becomes a voyeur.
In that whole process he falls in love, finds a murderer and slowly loses his mind. Or is he? That's the gist.
It's basically like The Conversation with Gene Hackman meets Say Anything with John Cusack.
