poetry about nature
flow
The gray blanket of the sky
Provides appropriate cover
For the separated lovers.
Nearly a month, it's been,
Since the delicate drops of rain
Have seen the brute force of the ocean.
With a mere clap of thunder,
The droplets hungrily fall
Into the arms of their distant lover.
Every falling raindrop
Whispers a loving word to the ocean
And ripples into an erotic embrace.
Though the rain must return to its clouded prison,
The two savor this moment
As they crash and flow as one.
