OMG! MY TWIN!
The simple key to not blowing it off is actually just when you get home, do your homework right away. Not only do you remember better, you won't have to worry about forgetting about it later. --Posted by razzberry313 10:08PM EST 10/31/06

Small Steps
Just sit down and tell yourself to start on one thing, just one small thing, and as soon as you get going, the harder it will be to stop. Studies have proven that the more homework you finish the more likely you're to stick with it and do the same amount or more the next day. You can't become a perfect student overnight so start little by little. Do a bit of homework/ school work each night/period and keep slowly increasing that amount, and soon enough you'll be doing all of it or even more. Also, teaming up with a friend and doing homework together will also help. --Posted by mynameis.so.original 05:10PM EST 10/30/06

You can do it!
Ok, I know that we all get distracted sometimes, but you can get through it. One thing is, as HelloKitty said "if you just focus you will start to do better." This sounds super hard I know, so set up a reward system for yourself!
If you have a super big test coming up (or a final!), when you are studying and you start getting distracted, tell yourself that if you get a good grade you can maybe go to the movies. It worked for me!
Good luck! --Posted by kitty1632 03:39PM EST 10/29/06
