Tracky Won
My older sister won prom queen and she's a tracky. If you don't know what that means it means she runs track. She's not the average version of pretty either. The most popular part about her was her boyfriend just because he was good at football, he didn't win prom king though. My sister is geekish but you can't help but like her. I think she won because she knew almost everyone in her grade.

no way in hell. those people are air heads who only think sex, abortion before prom, and them selves. maybe i'm streatching it a little bit too far but i hate them mainly because they are popular. in fact they are so self absorb that me and my friend do immatations of them on the beach up until they meet a guy. ^_^

Overrated
I think the whole concept of Prom Queen and even Homecoming court is so predictable. It's ALWAYS a skinny girl who is either a cheerleader or in a sport. It's never a girl who has brains. In my school a girl who wasn't fat but wasn't skinny either one Homecoming and Prom once and everyone started to talk bad about her just because she wasn't skinny.

I think about prom queens and crap but at one point I wonder girls look up to some prom queens to be like them right?And if they're usually skinny and superficial, what do you think might happen?I mean it possibly could cause girls to have low self esteem and such.It also could cause some nice girls to become really nasty and try to step all over their friends and enemies and each other in order to be at the top. I just considering what might happen.Even though people making fun of those stuck up idiots may be pretty funny, in fact I might end up being the sarcastic person doing the impressions....just being honest here

At my school, Homecoming Courtand prom was such a popularity contest. I am like the nicest girl in the school and everyone says i'm pretty. The only problem was I am not popular. I am not super-skinny either or fat. I am thin but not super thin. I do agree with lilnina325 that it does bring everyone down.
