Pessimistic and proud!
I typically never look on the bright side... and so far, im doing just fine... i prepare for the worst... and thats what it typically is, so im not in shock and thing "LyKe OmGz, HoW cOuLd ThIs LyKe, HaPpEn To Me??" yeah, i hate ppl that type like that, and talk like that, stupid optimistic ppl, only think of the best.. but yeah, im not saying im never happy either, im just thinking realisticly and preparing for the worst

I see the glass both ways, half full and half empty.. when it comes to other people, I'm usually optimistic about their situations, but when it comes to myself, I am the biggest pessimist I know. Meh.

Pessimism
Personally being pressimistic has helped me though so much stuff! Drama at school? no problem for me.
I mean really if I get in a crappy situation being a pressimist has made it all better! I used to be all "look on the brighter side of things" you get far too disappointed when your an optimist.

That's how I am. Always prepare for the worst. And I think you won't get your feelings hurt as easily if you are pessimistic.

it's who I am
I'rd rather be a pessimist than a optimist because, sometimes you gotta think negative and what not. I think like that all the time.

I think that it's to difficult. Your always happy and thinking that the world is never gonna end or go away.You have to as least think down and out sometimes.

I am somewhat pessemistic
The reason that i can look at the worst of everything sometimes is because after being let down so many times...after a while you just always expect the worst. Sometimes it just puts me in a better moode just to say that everything sucks and nothing will ever change...because then i hear how stupid i sound and it flips me around and i go all optomistic on you. Its a bad thing when a person is drowning in self doubt and self pitty, but it never hurts to chuck the silver lining of that rain filled cloud and just let out all of that sadness and hate and hopelessness that you feel but just hide it behind a smile. pessemism is my outlet.

everytime im optimistic, things usually dont go my way anyway. so i look at things bad, so at least at the end i have no disappointments.

Just being REALISTIC
When people think realistically rather than idealistically, then they become pessimistic rather than optimistic. I'm more in the middle. I see the glass as is: a glass with water in it. People that are idealitic are dumb dreamers. People who are realistic are dreamers that turn their dreams into action.
If being real makes me pessimistic, bring it on. Although, I LOVE being happy.

I like it....
I am a VERY pessimistic person, and pessimism can be a good thing because when something actually good happens, your twice as happy & surprised as you would be if you were an optimist.

Although I usually am a pessimist, but I don't like it. But also, I don't like being optimistic && believing something good will happen to me && then realize it's not gonna happen.. That's what makes me an optimist.. I don't really like being around people who are really pesimistic. It makes me wanna knock them over the head && say get over it kid.. heh

hope for the ebst prepare for the worste. pessimistic people are usually overly sarcastic, over catiose, and intensely annoying. theres no good way to be pessimistic all the time.

DISS!
I dunno , like know this girl whos v/ pessimistic and open about it, It kindof annyos me, while me I'm more burst in tears then constantly negitive, I think its not good to have all your fealings locked up inside but also, it VERY! annoying wen people are sad all the time!

Well i think being pesimistic is wrong and you should always think of the glass half full instead of half empty! Being happy and not glummy is way better because you have way more fun!

I come from parents who are so NEGATIVE and PESSIMIST about every aspect of life, they always make the negative comments everyday about us....Its not good it kills you slowly, your confidence, your self esteem...and its really hard to put up with pessimist who live with you. I am working very hard to overcome these negative influences.

this doesnt include everyone but some ppl just whine about everything. other ppl do have it bad but im just saying u gotta look at the big picture cuz otherwise you dont realize what you got. and if you dont agree with me dont reply something back saying mean stuff i dong get why girls get all worked up over something they disagree about

Im very pessimistic, but i hate it, i really wish i wasnt this way but sometimes i cant help it, we shouldnt always be pessimistic or optimistic, we should be balenced on both. Not just full of doubt, even though i am, but look to the brightside on somethings at least

Pessimism can sometimes be a way to attract attention (I feel). I think that we should stay out of pessimism because it brings every1 down! you lose friends with pessimism. I've been through pessimism and it feels very lonely.. I was officially titled or acknowledged as the "loner" because everyone couldn't deal with my problem so they ignored my existence!

Optimistic!
I am extremely optimistic. I really don't like when people can turn something happy into a prophecy of doom. There's this kid named Taylor I know. All he does is be negative. That is why I call him Mr. Negativity. Like, once, I was pushing this girl on a swing and he said she's gonna fly off and crack her head open on the concrete. Talk about irritating!
