Hey, it's Halloween, dress up as what YOU want to dress up as. And if that's something a bit on the skimpy side, well, it's your ass, you want to risk freezing it, that's your choice.
Personally I stick to something I can keep warm in, but if you live in a warmer place or aren't going to be out and around (e.g. in heated parties instead of out on the streets trick-or-treating) then why not?

Im going to be a SEXY old school gangster (like from the 20's&30's) and If im comfortable enough with my body to do it, then no one should have a problem with it. and yes Halloween IS an excuse to dress like a slut, its when you can be WHATEVER you want, which is often something that your not. next people will be getting in trouble for being zombies.

Halloween is probably the most fun holiday. So, why should people be told whether their costume has to be funny, sexy or scary? It's about having fun. If you want to be a playboy bunny, then you should, if you want to be the easter bunny you should, if you want to be Frank the Bunny from Donnie Darko, you should. Go with what you want to do.

Halloween has turned into an excuse for girls to dress slutty! Hello that is not what it is about. You are supposed to be scary, halloween is about keeping the spirits and demons away dressing slutty only attracts them. Which is why i don't really dress up anymore and not into halloween, plus I am a big wuss and afraid of the dark.

I think that these costumes just gives a reason for girls to dress up as a slut and get away with it. Ya know, not all of us can look good in a slutty costume, and seeing that can make us feel even worse. I rather have a costume where I'm not freezing my butt of and having guys stare at me the entire night. I want to have fun, and prancing around in a skir that barely covers my butt with a top that is too small and my breasts are practically popping out is not my idea of fun. And if you think that guys are looking at you more, well yeah your right, but their thinking that you're easy since you're dressed like that. They will probably try to get with you and leave you, is that the kind of message you want to project to people? I rather go as something practical.

I always love Halloween because I can have fun with creating a costume that is unique. Going to a Party Outlet and buying a cheaply made, uncomfortable, unimaginative "sexy" costume is so lame! I am going as a hippy (but not a weird hippy like most people). This costume came from my own closet, and is warm enough to go trick-or-treating in comfortably.

But then again, "sexy" is different for all of us.
If your definition of sexy is something that you feel comfortable in, and makes you feel beautiful, go ahead. That's great. But if your definition of sexy is showing off skin and getting guys to notice how nice your body is, save it for the beach or the bedroom. Halloween is supposed to be fun. How can it be fun if you have to see someone run around practically naked?
