It's a matter of opinion
I know a lot of ppl are like I could buy a cheaper purse in wal-mart. I'M NOT LIKE THAT. I mean as far back as I can remember I have always had a passion for fashion. My mom and dad raised me that way. I know a lot of ppl can say I'm snob and spolied ,but I was raised on desinger bags and clothes.

I have an obsession with designer bags! I have so many that most of them I haven't even worn..my mom started me on them when I was really young (like when I use to play dress up) with a louis vuitton and I loved it! Now i have like every designer bag. then when I got my teacup Yorkie I named him louie and he has everything Louis vuitton ... so i'm starting him out young too... some people might think i'm snobby .. but i'm really not! I just like nice expensive things and there's nothing wrong with that :)cause u get wut u pay 4

Im obssesed with Dooney & Bourke, I have 8 purses from them, all different of course.100% real...so naturally I hate knockoffs, they can shove themselves up their poorly made asses.

i always carry them. my friends make fun of me, because i refuse to carry regular brands. i always carry designer. besides, if im good, thats just a reward for me. like they said if i get all a's at the end, i get a dooney and bourke.:)

I have enough designer bags that if I sold them all I could probably afford to feed the entire world for a lifetime, and I'd never have it any different!! omg my several chanel bags, Chloe, my loui, D&B, Marc Jacobs: how could I live without them!? And I completely agree with Jessecre [haha].. if you can't afford the real thing, do your-self a favor and don't even try!

Designer bags are a must, it shows class when ur walking around with ur LV or Chanel bag. I think its the perfect accessory for a girl. I own TONS of bags....it's a fetish but I dont have a problem spending my money on them cause it's something that I love & my mom has tha same fetish so we basically share bags. lol YOU GOTTA LOVE EM.

You have to have a designer bag to glam your outfits ladies!! omg i dnt believe some girls dont have any. yeh, i know theyre expensive but i get all mine from Italy or somewhre else abroad that are 100% real and much cheaper. ive got a black gucci sch bag+ gucci belt+ two louis nags, my sis has 1 louis bag and belt, my mum has 1 louis bag+ gucci keyring n purse. we hav more designers but i woulnt say im spoilt coz i get dem cheap!!! even still, its nice to own something glam!! i understand if people just dnt lyk dem though...

I am a major fan of designer bags. I have Louis vuitton, coach, and prada bags. I mean I could find a cute purse thats not neccessarily designer, but theres this good feeling to know that youre wearing a very popular designer bag.

A lot of people just can't afford designer bags. And that's too bad for you guys. I have wayyy to many but I love them all. Coach, Louis, Burberry, and Prada... more than one of each. I use them for school, hanging out and parties. If you've got it, flaunt it. If not, go to Kmart.

ok let me start off by saying i actually have respect for the designers and their designs...i am totally for this but i think its DISGRACEFUL how poeple treat these bags...they only wnat them for the label...at my school the only bags people carry around are louis vutton....D&B...and chanel...they trash them compltey they ony wnat them for their LOGO because it'll make them look cool. well sorry but i doens't you wnat to tell people you love fashion try getting something less flashy without teh logo...liek fendi! lol you may love chanel-but just dont treat it respectfully. i love all these brands but it just sucks how they look with trashy people....lol theres tons of brands out there and i really dont think these girls know that! lol just remeber when you have that chanel bag on that shoulder remind yourself what teh designer had in mind when they made up teh design...and what that designer logo/brand represents becasue i gaurantee that no one actually knows!....

I think they are a waste of money. All you are paying for is the brand, not the material or design. You can find the same material and even cuter designs for 1/4 the cost. They are just a rip-off.

'Designer bags' are just another excuse to make people pay more for something that shouldn't really be that expensive. Really people, what is the purpose? A lot of those bags just have the same pattern plastered all over them in different colors. I'd rather spend $20 on a purse that lots of other people had than $300 on a bag of the same size that no one had. Its called common sense, and if you have it, it would tell you NOT to waste money on a bag that is outrageously priced.

Sure, some of them look cute, but they're all the same! Seriously! Just the other day my friends all got the same looking bag for ridiculous prices and were all disappointed someone else had the same one! However, I do love the designers, so....if you go to Marshalls you can get designers for like only $20-$60...which is a really not so bad price! Just be wise, my friends! Don't waste your money or your time!
