Love 'em!
I have wide feet, so I like them because I don't have to squeeze my feet into a narrow shoe. The only thing I don't like is trying to walk uphill to school in the dewy grass...I always fall out of them like that.

who doesnt love flip flops. they come in so many different patterns and brands they make everone look unquie! flip flops are like people. everyone may be a human being but we are all different! (flip flops are the best when worn with toe socks!)

Flip flops are the best. I have some that light up. They are really comfortable when its hot and your on the beach. I don't care what ne one says everyone should have a pair.

They fall off, they're uncomfortable, but everyone at my school thinks they're some kind of trend-well, I don't think they should be! I mean, eew, they're hideous, and you can't hardly wear them with a pair of your favorite jeans without looking ridiculous.

Flip flops are absolutely disgusting. I never wear them because your feet just get dirty and make big gross toe marks. The girls at school alway wear them with nice dresses and they look like shit. Really, flip flops should be burned. They are really slutty and gross

there super ugly and your feet are exposed and so low to the ground that you might as well go barefoot. i hate sandals and open toed shoes eww gross! people who actually wear flip flops are retards cuz they look ugly and annoy other people (like me) with the gross smacking sound they make!

I think flip flops are strictly an American trend for now. From what I've observed, it's seems that in only the states do people wear flip flops as an all-time attire, especially in places around the coasts. No surprise there, America is a nation of casual wear. Other countries have different expectations for their teens. In most Asian countries, flip flops are only something you'd wear if you're taking the trash out or going to the beach. In fact, in some public places, they don't even let you in if you're wearing flip flops, right? Well, no offense to anybody. I just like to compare and contrast. Personally, I don't like wearing flip flops because they don't look good on me and I don't have many clothes that go with them. In fact, I don't like them on other people either. Actually, it depends on the person, and how often they wear them. Most girls at my school wear them everyday and when they run around in them, it gives me a headache and chills. I can't describe the cacophony.

i walked a mile in them and i had to soak my feet in epson salt!they are uncomfortable, slide off and always damage your foot. i dont see why people wear it with jeans like they are sneakers or sumthin.the only time i wear mine is on the beach. thats what they are made for!

can u say uncofortable?! I hate having my feet so close to the ground..i'd rather go barefoot. I dont wear any open toed shoes what so ever! Even in the summer. Yuck! Those thigns are gross and uncomfortable. And they have the msot obnoxious sound. Plus the thing in the middle of your toes is annoying. And idk they're just stupid. All teens are starting to look like retards with the thigns they wear these days. Like walking advertizments?! COME ON! **rolls eyes**

you know that *clap clap* sound the heel makes when people wear flipflops? that makes me cringe. people should also clean their feet because there's nothing hott about fungus. and those dry cracked heels are disgusting. flipflops are good in certain places...if you live in a place with no beach, get better sandals made for city terrain...because then you won't look so foreign.

i dislike flip flops, i can't say i hate them. they get dirty, broken, not very trendy and the dragging of the feet (Flip, Flop, Flip, Flop) ugh! that gets annoying and everywhere i turn there's an army of flip flops everywhere. some girls and guys (nasty) where them casual, outdoors, and even formal. and they are so cheap, i can spend a good amount of money on long lasting sandals that look nicer than buyin a pair every week. so who's with me?!

They are unflattering on everybody's feet
I think it's funny when these people are willing to spend $80 on a pedicure and then slap on some ugly flip-flops to top it off. It looks trashy and silly. The thing about flip-flops is that they were not made to be fancy or attractive, and now, designers have put sequins, pom-poms, and other junk on them to dress them up, but that is comparable to painting a trashcan a prettier color. The oh-so-casual shoes are meant for the beach and the pool- but these days more people wear them for the concrete than for the sand. It has gotten to the point that you will even see 70-year-old women going shopping in them-- yuck.
If you want to keep your feet cool, wear sandals.
