hey!
I have lots of hair. I bought a straightener once, but it was a cheap one and it just made my hair straight, fryed and big as apposed to wavy and big.

I love big hair, but i also love straight. I am mixed-race, and my mum has curly hair so i have naturally afro hair. i have had it relaxed, but i wish i could have big luxurious curls, but i am happy with it straight. big doesnt mean frizz.

big hair...so versatile. it can look retro, or zombie-ish. and, i mean, it may not necessarily be "trendy" as far as walking around with your friends in the mall or at abercrombie *shudder* but look on the runways-- it's all over. and what about hugely influential fashion icons, like, hello!, Marilyn Monroe? but, of course, that's just my opinion.

I don't really like it or dislike it but it's not fair for people to say that it's slutty because I am Italian, Puerto Rican, and Black so I can't help but have huge hair. I guess if you are doing it on purpose by getting a perm you look tacky, but other people please keep ethnic gurls in mind.
