Several of you requested this ad for clips about clips. Mario Testino's "Public Enemy" ad has sparked controversy in England, where it was called "vile, coarse, and degrading to women." Gucci defended the ad with claims that it was a playful comment on the changing gender roles of men and women. Calls for its ban were ultimately rejected by England's Advertising Standards Authority, but what do you think? Is it "degrading to women"? "Playful"? A cheap grab for the free publicity that comes from controversy? Or is it no big deal?
