Hi.
I can understand why you might be confused about whether watching porn is "wrong" or not. It's a complex issue.
Some people say porn is exploitive because it treats women as "objects," and that it, therefore, should not be supported. Others see porn as just harmless fun.
Some women who watch porn compare their bodies to the oftentimes unrealistic bodies of the actresses and feel bad about themselves or feel that they have to emulate "porn sex" in their own lives with unsatisfactory results. Others simply use porn to stir up a little excitement and can separate "porn sex" and "porn bodies" from expectations about their bodies or the bodies of their sexual partners.
When it comes right down to it, whether to watch porn or not is an individual choice. You will have to make your own determination and your friends will have to make theirs.
If your posse continues to pressure you, you can stand your ground in the debate, or institute some privacy around your porn watching--you don't have to discuss it with them. Again, it's YOUR choice.
