Hi.
Your question isn't crazy at all.
The external and internal sex organs on a female are not the easiest to see sometimes, and it can all be a bit confusing. To figure it all out, check out what's up down there.
The place where menstrual blood comes out of is the vaginal opening, and this is the area used during sexual intercourse. It will change in size when necessary so that it can accommodate a penis, a narrow tampon or a newborn's head.
The urinary opening, however, is very tiny and doesn't expand. It's strictly for urination and connects to the urethra, which is a tube that leads to your bladder.
It's a good idea to know what body parts and processes are involved during sexual activity. The more information you have about your body and sexual activity, the easier it is to make decisions about what you are comfortable doing. That way, you have a better sense about whether it's the right time for you to get involved with sexual activity.
