		It takes a lot of luck to get an art show. I got my first art show by seeing a sign posted outside my favorite café. Apparently, someone canceled his or her show at the last minute and the owner needed an artist to step in. I nervously called the phone number and was asked to bring my work down to the café. Anyway, the owner gave me the art show.
