Dye your shoes in a washing machine or sink with fabric dye from a craft store, such as Rit dye. Follow the directions on the package. Then, dip a toothbrush in acrylic paint and pull back the bristles to splatter paint all over your shoes. Splatter from different angles if you want to get a seriously professional splatter technique.
