Singing PostureBefore warming up, you'll want to get into proper singing posture. To find this position:
- Stand with your back against a wall and your heels about two inches from the wall.
- Your feet should be shoulder-width apart, your arms should hang loosely at your sides and your butt should be slightly tucked under.
- Roll your hips forward and relax your jaw.
- Push the small of your back against the wall and keep your head level.
- Your shoulders should be back and your chest somewhat puffed out.
