Everyone has hectic schedules. Some days you may be able to practice for one hour and other days you may be glued to the couch from dusk to dawn. Some gamers only need a couple hours of practice a day to match the skill of a pro gamer that plays eight hours a day.
However, for the most part, the more you play, the more you know...and knowledge is key.
Most people are home from work/school after 5:00 PM; however, practice times can be made to accommodate the team's schedule. Sometimes PMS Clan holds two practices per day--one in the early afternoon and one in the late evening. Since there's really no recommended time to practice, it will all depend on you or your group's schedule.
When your team is not available for practice, practice solo. A team comprised of strong solo players solidifies the group
Some things to keep in mind as you practice:
Learn the environment. Know where everything is.
Learn your weapons. Know when to shoot and when to duck.
Learn your team. Know them better than they know themselves.
Learn the dance. Know your strategies and have a game-play mapped out for quick execution (much like plays are made in football).
