If I were President of the United States, I would wonder how I got there because I'm Canadian! Then, I'd take advantage of my power and change some things around.
I'd have sex education changed. America would no longer have abstinence-based programs that turn a blind eye to the ignorance of sexually active teens. Instead, it would be a program that would teach prevention of STDs, STIs and pregnancy. Sex education wouldn't try to preach about the horrors of sex before marriage, nor the horrors of masturbation and sexuality. It would give everyone the freedom to learn how to love in their own way. Any politician who disagrees with me would have to sit through a Sex and the City marathon, whether they liked it or not.
I would offer free health insurance because people deserve to get better treatment. I would stop building a fence between America and Mexico and, instead, build more hospitals. I'd build more abortion clinics and I would have schools teach the truth about abortion. As a pro-choice politician, I would make people aware that abortion is not a method of birth control. Harming anyone who goes into an abortion clinic would be considered a criminal offence.
There are so many things I would do as president. But first, let's do our part as citizens!
