As president, I would also lower the drinking age to 18. It seems like most teenagers start drinking by the time they enter high school. They attend unsupervised parties, which are mostly concentrated around getting drunk and having a good time. Many teens can get alcohol before turning 21 even though there are strict laws and consequences for underage drinking. I believe the other reason so many teens become alcoholics is because the law restricts teens from drinking, and many teens want to rebel.
