I'm in my high school's show choir, and we work very hard to perform our show. We spend days after school, weeks out of the summer and sometimes even the weekends practicing.
But these days, show choir competitions aren't just about a show choir's talent. You have to have the props, the costumes and the make-up to be a top show choir. The problem is, we don't receive any funding from our town or school. We can't afford great costumes and all the glitzy make-up. So if I had a million dollars, I'd use some of it to buy our costumes and everything we need. We have the talent--we just don't have the money.
