...the best kept secret in accessories: knee socks. No matter what your look is, you can finish it off (or totally transform it) with some knee-high leg wear. Pair them with shorts (cutoffs, terrycloth, khaki...) a skirt (denim, pleated, mini...) or something else completely (a dress, perhaps?).
