Put nuts back on, but do not fully tighten. Tighten them the same way you loosened them: Give each nut a few turns, first one, then the one opposite, working around the wheel in a star pattern. Slowly lower the jack and remove.
Tighten the lug nuts again much as you can. (Tip: make sure the lug nut wrench is pointing right and jump on the wrench. This time you're jumping for joy because you're almost done.)
