Child's Pose

This is the pose you can always come to during your yoga practice if you feel tired, dizzy or just in need of a rest.

Come to sit on your knees with your legs tucked under you. Spread your knees wide and have your big toes touching.

Draw your arms down your back and place your hands by your feet. Bend forward, resting your forehead on the floor. Feel your back ribs expand with the breath. Chill out.
