Step 4: Looking Back...
It's always important to take a breather after you host a huge event, but it's also important to look back and evaluate how successful your project was. Did it meet the goals you intended? Did you change how people thought about a certain issue? Were you happy with the outcome?
The day after Take Back the Night is such a relief. All the work is over and I know that the event was a success by the number of people who showed up and even the women who come up to me later in class. Even though Rutgers is a huge school (35,000), you'd be amazed at how many people you begin to know after planning an event like this one.
