1. If a female's vagina is exposed and a male ejaculates on or near the vaginal opening, pregnancy is possible. Without any semen-to-vagina contact, pregnancy is impossible.
2. Sexually transmitted diseases like herpes and genital warts can be transmitted through dry humping if there is bare skin-to-skin contact with an infected partner.
