Who do transgender people date? Transgender people date whomever they want, taking the role of whichever gender they choose to identify with. For example, someone who was born male but identifies as a female would typically identify as straight and date straight men, identify as lesbian and date lesbian women, or identify as bisexual. Of course, there are no set-in-stone rules to this. All people, transgender or not, are free to date anyone they like.
