Trichomonas, or "trich," is
another common vaginal infection.
It is usually sexually acquired.
The symptoms often include profuse and frothy, thin vaginal discharge, which may be
watery, yellow, gray or green. It usually stinks pretty
darn bad, often in a fishy kind of way.
It may include some
itching or pain when you have to pee or during sex.
Trich can also be asymptomatic and can show up as a surprise on a routine culture at your
gynecologist visit.
Trich is a serious infection. You need to see your health care provider ASAP
and get some medication.
