| How you get it |
Through close contact with a person who has it. Sharing underwear, clothes, bedsheets, and blankets. Pets can also carry these bugs.

| Symptoms |
Mild to severe itching. Possibly little specks of blood in underwear from bites. If you look closely, you can see them.

| Prevention |
Avoid close contact with someone who is infected.
|

| Treatment |
Special medication prescribed by a doctor. Wash all clothes worn recently, anywhere the bugs might live. These creatures can be very tough to get rid of, and you may need to repeat the shampoo treatment a few times.
