Boxing is a great workout, and it’s always good to have a little knowledge of self defense in your repertoire. Jamie learns how to throw a hook and an uppercut, all while keeping her signature smile. Boxing always seemed really tough, but Jamie has me confident that I could do it too! Watch and see how she does!
