If you spend any time on YouTube, you probably already know Grace Helbig and her hysterical channel, Daily Grace. She’s the kind of girl who says what we’re all thinking (or what we wishwe’d said first!).

When Grace said she’d answer our Big Gurl 10, we knew we were in for a crazy funny ride–but had no idea she’d dish on her first makeout session and the similarities between Mexican food and sex!

They did NOT look this glamorous!

1. What’s your worst date story?

One night, after a McDonald’s run, we ended up making out in his dormroom. Though I wouldn’t call it making out–more like a powerful man-vacuum sucking my mouth off of my face. The boy could sprint, but he COULD NOT make out. And my 18 year old non-confrontational self just went with it for hours. To the point that I woke up and went to practice with swollen black and blue lips the next morning. I looked like I got stung by a bee and raided the Icing for all of their purple goth lipsticks. I tried to hide it by curling my lips under while muttering “I’m fine” after my coach asked me what was wrong for the 30th time. Needless to say, I dated that boy for two years.

Oh, HELLO lover.

2. If you could only have one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Mexican food. Oh sweet Jesus, even bad Mexican is like good sex–I could have it every day. WOWZERS.

3. Whose phone number do you wish you had?

Mindy Kaling. I feel like she and I would have really great text talks.
 
 
 
4. What’s something you’ve always wanted that you’ve never gotten?

A non-problematic digestive system.

5. What’s your secret nickname?

My mom used to call me “Gray” growing up because she thought I needed a nickname and she hated the name “Gracie.”

6. What’s the guiltiest pleasure on your iPod?

My entire iPod is one big guilty pleasure. I know nothing about music and (like the way I date) I find one song and listen to it over and over and over and over. And it’s usually always something fast and upbeat (and terrible). Right now it’s “Papi” by JLo.

7. Best advice you ever got?

Have fun.

8. Favorite bargain purchase?

I bought a fake leather oversized bag from a thrift store in Williamsburg. It might be the closest thing I have to something cool.

9. Instant pick me up?

Any new episode of The Real Housewives.

10. Describe the high school you in 3 words.

If you love bad date stories, or have been on more than a few yourself, you’ll freak out over Julie Klausner‘s amazingly funny book, I Don’t Care About Your Band. Julie: Literally turn to any page of my book and read aloud. I’ve been on a billion horrible dates!

Julie: Spaghetti with cottage cheese on top of it, with salt and pepper. It sounds gross, but it’s my favorite food by far.

And in this month’s issue of Elle, Amanda opened up about having her heart broken, which, for those of us who’ve been thre, know that it’s not easy to get over a dude who cheats on you.

But you won’t see her rebounding with gurls (Dang!). “I had to kiss Megan Fox in Jennifer’s Body, and it was not very comfortable at all. I did it because that was what the story was about, but it’s awkward being with a women in that way, trying to make it look natural. I had to do it again with Julianne Moore in Chloe and somehow it was easier with her, but it still felt really strange.”

And the Mean Girls star isn’t totally daft when it comes to the elitism that is the celeb world. “Hollywood is just like high school. The popular people only like the other popular people. And the thing is, some people aren’t nice – or they’re nice, but only to your face, not elsewhere.”Yea, we can commiserate.

In a Glee-like way, the stars of the web series, The Homes, are hoping to take their show on the road. And it’s obvious this gURL is all about the music.

“My iPod is a collection of people and experiences. ” she told  JustJaredJr. “Breakups consist of a lot of Joshua Radin and The Weepies. Girls night out is full of Britney Spears, Peaches and Girl Talk. John Cabrera, our director, introduced me to some of my new favorite artists: Darwin Deez, Frightened Rabbit, Surfer Blood and Marina and the Diamonds.”

But this gURL has actually had bouts of depression — even at the height of Florence + The Machine’s success for their first album, Lungs, Flo was seeking help to get through bleakness and loneliness she was feeling.

“When you’re in that place, it’s good to have something to do because otherwise you’d get really self-destructive,” says Florence. “I was in a seriously bad way.”

As a result, she pours her energies into songs and music! And? Wow, it’s just so fun/emotional/intelligent/great! We can’t wait for her next album with the rest of the band.

While K-Stew has always made us gURLs swoon, her recent interview with Vogue Magazine made us fall even deeper in the abyss of infatuation. The actress, who was paid $25 million for the two films of Breaking Dawn, wants to set up a network of halfway houses to help those in the sex trade who want to get out and back on their feet.

From Vogue: “It’s funny when you are endowed not only with public recognition on a f***ing seriously vast level, but also money,” she says with endearing earnestness. “Like, funds. You just sit on it?’” She is thinking carefully, strategically, about how best to put her own contribution to use, and has a plan—inspired by her research for the role of a runaway in the sex trade. “That would be amazing,” she says. “Right now it’s the thing I feel most connected to.”

But with all the money came a major loss for Kristen, who, respectably, isn’t a fame whore.
