Wouldn’t it be great if we could all stay in 3,000 square foot apartments in college with private bathrooms, pools, and walk-in closets? Unfortunately, that’s nothing more than fantasy. The reality for the vast majority of college students is they’re going to living in a shoe box of a dorm with a shared bathroom.
Adjusting to your tiny dorm quarters (and roommate) will take some time. And the shared bathrooms will present its own challenge. Some people learn how to navigate shared bathrooms through trial and error, but I want to try and save you the mistakes and embarrassment.
