20 Style Tips On How To Wear Oversized Blazers

When you think of oversized blazers, do you cringe a bit because they make you think of the dusty jacket your teacher wears? And she looks like she legit stepped out of the 80s? Or, do you think of oversized blazers as the sort of thing a working women wears, not a young, un-burnt-out thing like yourself? I’ll admit that blazers of any kind don’t have the best reputation given past styles, but they are actually very cool.

If you’ve been trolling street style photos recently, you will know that blazers are a trendy piece, especially oversized ones. The great thing about them is that they’re more unexpected than a cardigan, they add a #girlboss vibe to an outfit but don’t look too corporate when they’re styled right, and they solve the dilemma of what to wear when it’s too hot for a coat but not warm enough to wear short sleeves. Oh, and an oversized blazer will make all the other pieces you have in our wardrobe feel like new. On that note, here are 20 style tips on how to wear oversized blazers.

11. Gray Blazer, Jumpsuit, And Scarf

Jumpsuits are one of my fave items of clothing but I very often don’t get the luxury of wearing this one in particular as my little mr is determined that he is not giving up his daytime breastfeeds ? however when I wore this outfit I loved it but actually I should have accentuated my waist with a nice belt maybe a black patent leather one would have been good to draw your eyes to the smallest part of my body, break up the jumpsuit a little and add a feminine touch. . . . . . . #stayathomemom #mumstyle #whatmamawore #style #stylediaries #styleinspo #styleideas #ootd #doublebreastedblazer #oversizedblazer #tailoring #fashion #fashionblogger #styleblogger #mummyblogger #mommyblogger #stylist #needastylist #personalstylist #personalstylistonline #elleolife #curlygirl #curlyhair #instamom #instamum #dresslikeamum #stylishmum #wardrobeonabudget #youngmum #blackgirlmagic
