7 Simple Ways To Not Look Tired When You’re Exhausted

As we all know, being awake sort of sucks. I mean, it’s fine and all, but I’d much rather be sleeping. But, of course, it’s pretty important to be awake to do basic human things like go to school and interact with other people. And, doing this when you’re tired AF is very hard. Being tired sucks, but you need to be able to look presentable when you’re out and about. And it’s not easy!If you need some help looking presentable when you’re barely awake, don’t worry, we’ve got you.

The obvious answer is to go to sleep earlier to be well-rested, but, let’s be honest, it’s hard to get to sleep on time every night when you have all of your TV shows to watch and face masks to do. I get it! You always SAY you’re going to sleep early, and next thing you know it’s one in the morning and you are wide awake. Then, when you’re alarm goes off at six, you can barely move. Of course, the best way to look less like a zombie and more like a human is to add a little makeup. Even a little bit of mascara can help make yout eyes look a little more awake. Stay Hydrated

The first thing you do when you wake up should be have a GIANT glass of water. Not only will it help keep you hydrated, but it will also help you look more alive and ready to take on the day. Also- splash some water on your face to help you wake up a bit.

Odds are good that your hair will look a little messy if you've been up all night tossing and turning. Try putting your hair in a cute little braid or high pony in order to look a little more put together and a little less like you are sleep walking.

So, supposedly, sparking accessories like earrings and necklaces, make you look more ~lively~ which means they can help you look a little more awake. Try adding a sparkly pair of dangly earrings. They are trendy right now, and will help you look alive.

Some bright lipstick will help make you look more alert, and also make you look amazing. Add a bright red or dark berry to help amp up your look. It will also help you look a lot more put together in just a few seconds.

If you're wearing flannel shirt or a floral dress, you'll definitely look more awake than someone wearing a plain black t-shirt and jeans. It's a tiny trick that will make you look a little more alert than you feel.
