I don’t think it is unfair to say that most of the things that are on the internet are, in general, pretty bad. There’s the lewd, filthy, and, quite frankly, offensive, Disney fan art. The fact that Pepe the Frog has been taken prisoner by the alt-right and does not seem likely to make a comeback. And, surely, you have experienced the spiritual and emotional toll of the Facebook statuses from that one girl you went to middle school with who now sells some sort of dubious lash-building mascara posts, but, since you were lab partners in seventh grade biology, you can’t bring yourself to unfriend her.
One particular internet trend that I have begun to loathe with a particularly vigorous fervor are relationship goals. (You know what those are. We’ve been over this.) Specifically, those super-sexual, weirdly deep-fried memes and photos of a couple, like, about to bone that tend to crop up on Tumblr and Pinterest far too often.
They’re scandalous! All the same, I would be lying if I said that most people, who tend to be corny at heart, can relate, in some way, to some relationship goals–even the grossly sexual ones. (Many of us are have both corniness and sexual deviancy at heart, I suppose.) So, check out these ~sexual~ relationship goals that you might actually be able to relate to:
1. I mean. Same!
3. Who can’t relate?
4. Rude but common, I assume:
6. When will your fave!!!
10. Me as hell:
11. Don’t we all!
12. A good one!
13. The MOST relatable dirty relationship goal!
What do you think of these goals? Did you relate to any of them? Let us know in the comments!
