Halloween is both my favorite time of year and least favorite time of year. I love it because the air gets cooler and everything gets a little spookier. There is candy EVERYWHERE, and all of my favorite scary movies are constantly playing on TV. So, for these simple reasons, I love Halloween. But, on the other hand, it’s also the time of year where I have to pick a costume… and that is incredibly frustrating.
It’s not that I’m against dressing up for Halloween. It’s fun and exciting! But it’s just not really for me. I don’t like to stand out or be the center of attention. I don’t like to have big and elaborate costumes, so I go for more low-key and simple ones, or nothing at all. But, I recently discovered that I can still celebrate Halloween without wearing some big flashy costume. And my personal favorite way is to wear some quirky or cool hair accessories. Sure, it’s not a fancy costume, but it’s a good way to show off your Halloween appreciation without stepping out of your comfort zone. If you want to try something new this year, check out these clever Halloween hair accessories.
