16 Easy Ways To Take Care Of Your Hair Overnight

I’m all for a good beauty pampering session at home on a lazy Sunday afternoon. (Who isn’t?) However, lazy Sundays afternoons seem to be few and far between. As much as I would like to spend the day lounging with sheet masks on my face and conditioner on my hair while binge-watching TV, my endless to-do list keeps me from doing that a lot of the time. I’m assuming I’m not alone. You probably want products that fit in with your busy lifestyle, right? That’s where overnight treatments come in.

Overnight treatments are brilliant because you can put them on before you go to sleep and they work while you’re counting sheep. Then in the morning you wake up with glowing skin/shiny hair/a bronzed bod. I’m a fan of overnight face masks, but I also cannot resist a good overnight hair treatment, especially one that I can whip up myself.

You might be concerned that it will make a mess over your pillow, but with a bit of plastic wrap or a shower cap, things will stay mess-free. And even if you do get a bit of leakage, the hydrated, shimmering hair you get will be worth it. Keep scrolling to see the easy DIYs that will take care of your hair as you sleep.
