8 Things That Should Never Happen When You’re Doing Butt Stuff

Out of all of the sexy time activities out there, the one that seems to be the most ~*intimidating*~ is anything involving the butt. Anal sex, analingus, pegging, anal fingering. As soon as there is a butthole mentioned, people can get nervous. But, to be quite honest, there really is no reason to be scared. When you stop and think about it, anything can be intimidating if you’ve never done it before. That includes everything from riding a bike to giving your first blowjob. It’s the same deal with butt stuff. And as long as you feel ready and you communicate with bae, things should be fine.

That being said, there are still things to lookout for when you’re exploring the backdoor. And if one of these happens, it’s important to recognize that something is up. Take a look at eight things that should never happen when you’re doing butt stuff. If they do happen to you, stop what you’re doing, and sort yourself out.

Extreme Pain Back There

If you feel major pain back there, do not try and force your way through it. It's imperative that you tell bae that you're sore and that you stop. Don't try and play the stoic card or think that things will get better once it's *all the way in.* Remember: This should be an enjoyable experience for you.

Not Using Lube

There are things that you shouldn't skimp on, and lube is definitely one of them when you're doing butt stuff. No matter how much lube you think you need, be prepared to double it. Then add some more. You shouldn't, nay, you CANNOT be putting stuff up your butt without lube. It can lead to serious injury, so go and slather on that lube.

Inserting Random Objects Up There

The same rules apply to your butt as they do your vagina: You should not be putting random objects up there. Penises, fingers, and sex toys are okay. You don't want to be putting random objects that you think can *pass off* as sex toys because that can cause damage. Say no to pencils, vegetables, and any other long, fat objects.

Putting Things In One Hole After The Other

Hygiene is another super important thing when it comes to butt stuff. One important rule you should always follow is never put a toy or a penis in one hole after another. For example, you definitely don't want a penis that has been in your butthole inserted into your vagina. Ditto fingers or sex toys. Everything needs to be washed and thoroughly sanitized before moving on.

Trying To Use Force

Butt stuff rule #1: It's important that you never, ever use force or try to rush things. Don't think that you can just *force* any fingers, toys, or peens back there. That will just result in some major pain. Use lots of lube, communicate, and takes things super slow. And do not feel pressured that you *have* to get it in.

Bleeding From Your Butthole

If you notice any blood back there, stop. It doesn't matter whether it's a few drops or a lot. I know you or bae might want to freak out at the sight of seeing a bit of red, but it's important for bae to remove his peen slowly, so the issue doesn't become worse. That way you can assess the situation and see whether the blood is coming from your butt, bae's peen, or even your vag. Be aware that if there is a lot of blood and it isn't stopping, you need to go to the doctor ASAP.

Keeping Silent

Communication is key when it comes to any sexy time act. It's especially important when you're dealing with a sensitive area like your butthole. Do not keep silent when you and your SO are trying to put anything back there. You need to be able to clearly tell bae whether he or she is going too fast or too slow, or whether it's painful. And you need to be able to tell your SO to stop, if you cannot take it.

Attempting To Hold It In

You've probably heard that one about how anal can make you go number two, right? Well, if you suddenly find that you have the urge to go, speak up. Don't keep quiet because you're too shy or you find it embarrassing. Trying to hold in poop while attempting to put a penis in your butthole is not a good combo. Take a break, use the toilet, wash up, then try again.
