There might come a point in your sex life when you feel like you’ve done everything you possibly can when it comes to sex. You’ve had sex in a car, had sex on the couch, you’ve even had sex in public. Maybe you’ve had sex in the basement of your school library. I won’t judge. But, you might have reached the point where you feel like you might be a little bored with it. First of all, that’s natural, and it’s okay if you feel like you need to spice up your sex life a little bit. Everybody gets to that point sooner or later, so they have to find new and exciting ways to make their sex life a little bit better. And it can be hard! You don’t want the “magic” to die, but you also want to try something new to spice up your life. Preferably, something sexual.
Luckily, there are some random things that you can do every day that can actually make your sex life a lot better. I don’t just mean “trying out new sex positions!” even though, LBR, that does work. These are little things that you can do before you actually have sex that will make your sex life 100000 times better (probably). Having Red SheetsYes, this is weird, but supposedly, seeing the color red can help increase your horniness and help you have a better sex life. Vaginal WeighliftingSupposedly, vaginal weightlifting is a thing that people have been doing, and it's supposed to make your sex life a lot better. I had never heard of it, but it's pretty popular right now. Vaginal Kung Fu is supposed to help strengthen your vginal muscles, which can make your orgasms better during sex. How does it work? It's sort of hard to describe. You essentially put weighted objects in your vagina, which can help you strengthen the muscles. Eating Certain ThingsYeah, you've probably heard this one before, but I'm telling it to you anyway. Certain foods can actually put you in the ~mood~ for sex, and even make sex better. Did you know that apples and watermelon have a chemical in them that can help increase your sexual stamina? Well, they do. SleepingWe all love sleep, yes? Well guess what! That sleep is helping your sex drive by keeping you rested helping you get in the ~mood~ to get it on with your bae.
