If you are a human, odds are good that, at some point in the your life, you might get a little bored of sex, or find it not as fun anymore. Exercising can be painful and annoying, but sometimes it’s necessary. I mean, you don’t even have to go through a full hour-long cardio session to have good sex! You can just do some easy stretches to drastically improve your sex life. How? Well, doing these workout moves can help you become more flexible, which is good for a lot of different positions. They can also strengthen certain muscles and parts of your body, leaving you to not only be able to try new things in the bedroom, but also making you healthier. Simple SquatsIf you're looking for a way to not get so tired when you're on top, try doing a few squats a day. It will give you enough stamina to be on top for longer, and it'll make your butt look GREAT. To do squats, all you need to do is stand with your legs apart squat down while keeping your arms out in front of you. You don't have to use weights, unless you really want a challenge! Body BridgeIf you find that your hips get a little tired during sex, try doing the bridge pose. It works your pelvic muscles, which can help give you better orgasms. LungesDoing lunges can increase your flexibility, which means that you'll be able to try those crazy sex positions that you've been meaning to try. The HingeThis is the best move if you want your clitoris to get some love during sex, too. Kneel on your knees, then slowly lean back.
