7 Weird Foods You Didn’t Know Make Your Skin Oily

If you haven’t noticed, food can affect you in pretty weird ways. For one, certain foods should NEVER be used during sex. But, on the bright side, there are some foods that could make your vagina taste better, and even foods that are good for your skin. But what about foods that are bad for your skin? Or, more specifically, will make your skin super oily?  It might not really be something you think about,  and unfortunately, there are a lot of types of food that could be causing your oily skin and breakouts. And, even more unfortunately, they are most of your favorite foods. I know, it’s rough.

It’s important to know these things so that you can avoid certain foods if you want to have clear and non-greasy skin. Obviously, you can (and should!) eat whatever you want in moderation, as long as you are adequately taking care of yourself and your skin. If you find yourself waking up with greasy skin, it might be because of these certain foods you are eating.
