When it comes to receiving gifts, getting something practical is undoubtably helpful, but let’s face it: getting something pretty that you don’t really need is always more fun. Some of my favorite gifts have been items that I definitely never needed to own, and probably wouldn’t have purchased myself, but are just so pretty that it’s hard to not love them. Aesthetically pleasing gifts are always going to win someone over, even if it’s something completely random, and this is especially true for anyone who considers themselves to be stylish. Maybe you consider yourself to be stylish! In that case, you probably want to ask for some of these very chic gifts... and by “some,” I actually mean “all.”
If you, like me, are a total sucker for aesthetics, then you’re probably immediately drawn to objects that look like they belong in a carefully curated Instagram photo. Hey, it’s just our style – no judgment here! Maybe you’re the type of girl who likes to browse the mall all day, or the girl who takes lots of #OOTD photos, or the girl who is always getting compliments on what she’s wearing. If any of those things seem familiar, then you’ll love the gift options below. Ask for them from friends or family, or buy them for the stylish person in your life. Enjoy!
1. Pretty Notebooks
Sure, you could write your notes/homework/to-do lists in a boring, cheap notebook, or you could have something like this. It’s small enough to be portable, it’s really, really pretty, and it automatically clues people in on on your horoscope.

One mark of a stylish, put-together woman is how she carries her items around. A small pouch like this one can be used to keep large handbags organized, or to take makeup wherever you need it. It could even be used as a tiny clutch. The little decals on this one are beyond adorable.

You may not have heard of Chatbooks, so I’ll fill you in: it’s a company that makes little photo albums out of our Instagram page. The albums are small and show your Instagram photo and caption. They’re so beautiful and make such a great gift because they’re personal. And they couldn’t be easier – put in your info, the company makes the album, and it gets sent to whoever wants it. Right now, they partnered with Rifle Paper Co. to make these gorgeous designs. I have one and I’m obsessed!
