Although vaginas are a great part of the female body, they are susceptible to way too many issues. We’ve all had our fair share of yeast infections or UTIs, no matter how hard we try to avoid them. Maybe you forgot to change your tampon or you didn’t pee immediately after sex. Maybe you feel an itch down there and you ignore it because you don’t feel like dealing with it. You brush off these minor mistakes and think nothing will happen to your vagina, and you pray that it will stay happy and healthy so that you don’t need to go to the dreaded gynecologist. Think again! There is a lot of stuff that can happen to your vagina. So how do you know if it’s healthy or not?
When do we know if we need to get checked out by our gyno? Is that bump just an ingrown hair or an STD? Do we just buy some over the counter cream and slab it on, hoping that itch goes away? #VaginaStruggles. We should always pay special attention to our vaginas and take notice when something doesn’t feel normal. But how do we know what a normal vagina is? To put you at ease, we’ve conducted some research (created the quiz) to help you figure out if your vagina is normal or not. Good luck!
