If you’re a Disney fanatic, it makes sense that you would want to commemorate your love with a Disney tattoo. After all, the movies make you happy, so looking at the image that reminds you of that movie will also make you happy! The Disney themes of love, family, and magic are beautiful ideas to keep with you all the time. As you get older, it’s easy to loose faith in your dreams and get bogged down with adult responsibility- thankfully Disney is still around to keep us from fully “growing up.” No matter how your heart is grieving, if you keep on believing, the dream that you wish will come true.
The decision to get a tattoo is a difficult one. It’s going to be on your body for the rest of your life! I personally don’t have any tattoos (I tend to be paralyzed by big decisions), but if I did, I’d like to get a symbolic tattoo that was both nostalgic and significant. AKA A DISNEY TATTOO. While you could get a literal princess tattooed on your arm, it’s more fun to go the simpler route with a tattoo that merely suggests a Disney movie. Think about important elements of the Disney movies you love (the leaves in Pocahontas, the acorn and thimble in Peter Pan, the “eat me” cookies in Alice in Wonderland) and see if you can come up with your own unique tattoo.
If you’ve never got a tattoo before, you may opt for a minimalist, chic Disney tattoo like one of these:
1. Lion King
4. Winnie The Pooh
5. Peter Pan
8. The Little Mermaid
9. Peter Pan- second star to the right
10. Snow White
13. Alice in Wonderland
14. Mickey Mouse
15. Cinderella Symbols
16. Robin Hood
18. When You Wish Upon A Star
20. Sleeping Beauty
