It’s no surprise that some Halloween costumes get played out super quickly – a lot of people like to dress up as people or characters that are culturally relevant to show how *~*on trend*~* they are. This works out well when you pick something well-known but also fun and a little unique in it’s own way, but it backfires when you choose the same thing hundreds of other people are choosing. While it’s certainly not the end of the world to wear the same costume as a few other people at the party, it is kind of a bummer.
If you want to have a unique costume this year, then you should definitely be sure to avoid the below picks. You’re guaranteed to see at least five of these outfits this year. Actually, five is being generous because unless you stay locked in your house all weekend, I think you’re going to see all of them. Here are 17 Halloween costumes to avoid because literally everyone is going to be wearing them this year. But hey, if you don’t mind doing the same thing as a few other people, then go for it – I’m sure you’ll still look amazing!
